2. Nature of Our Service
Banking Hub Services is a loan consultancy and real-estate facilitation firm. We act as an intermediary to connect eligible applicants with banks, NBFCs and property sellers. We do NOT sanction loans ourselves — final approval, rate of interest, tenure, and fees are decided solely by the lender based on their policy and your profile.
3. User Responsibility & KYC
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information along with genuine KYC documents. Any misrepresentation, forged documents, or suppression of material facts will result in rejection by the lender and is solely your responsibility. You indemnify Banking Hub Services against any claim arising out of false information provided by you.
4. Fees & Charges
Our consultancy fee, if applicable, will be communicated upfront before we begin processing. Fees charged by banks/NBFCs (processing, stamp duty, valuation, legal, GST, etc.) are separate and payable directly to the concerned institution. No fee is refundable once the file has been logged in with a lender.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide guidance to the best of our knowledge and industry experience, but we are not liable for (i) rejection by a lender, (ii) delays caused by third-party verification, legal or technical checks, (iii) change in lender policy, or (iv) market fluctuations affecting property value. Maximum liability in any case is restricted to the consultancy fee paid to us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logo, text, graphics, images, layout and code — is the property of Banking Hub Services or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) upload viruses or malicious code, (d) harass our staff, or (e) misuse our brand name or trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse service and pursue legal remedies for any violation.
8. Changes to Terms
